I am writing to thank you for excellent design work in creating a first class new look for my Yellow Pages advertising. Up till now I had always drawn-up my own adverts, or let Yellow Pages design something for me. This was usually done at the last minute and without much planning. However, this year I took into account the cost of the advertising and the fact that the advert itself stays in the directory for twelve months. I came to the conclusion that it should be as eye-catching as possible to maximise the potential and produce the most responses. I therefore asked you to design a new advert for both the Cornwall and the Exeter directories. I must congratulate you on the simple yet very effective design, which sends all the right messages.
